David first met Mimi, and the Fishman family in 1997 and with Mimi formed the Mimi Fishman Foundation in 1999. His first impressions of Mimi were very positive. "It was quite obvious that Mimi was a true philanthropist, as she spent endless hours organizing charity concerts to raise money for organizations most important to her. I believe one of the reasons Mimi and I became such close friends was that we shared the same desire to support those in need", says David.
David's other involvement in the jamband community included the role of a regional editor for jambands.com in it's early stages. He was also a major contributor to the Mockingbird Foundation's "Phish Companion". In addition, David has been involved in the Jammy Awards as the presenter of the annual Mimi Fishman Award for Community Service.

Aaron spends his days working for a software company that builds and maintains web sites for many of the USA's largest non-profit organizations.
He has work with such charitable organizations as the Natural Resources Defense Council, Amnesty International USA, MoveOn, Christopher Reeves Foundation, and The Nature Conservancy.
When away from work and not hiking, traveling, seeing live music with friends and family, he spends time working on the Grateful Web. Grateful Web is an online magazine featuring music reviews, interviews, live web casts, and thrives off interaction with it's users.
